Shipping & Delivery

All orders are subject to availability, however we understand that getting your items quickly is important. We process all orders the same day, holiday orders can take up to 2-3 days longer to process. Our primary shipping service is USPS® Priority Mail®‎ and takes 1-5 business days for delivery depending on the availability of the items and the shipping address. We offer FREE shipping on all orders shipped within the USA.

Returns & Replacements

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If your return is due to damaged or defective goods, you will only be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returns or exchanges for any other reason will be subject to an additional $10.00 service fee and you will still be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible on our contact form (click here). Please note that some items can ship on the same day of your order, so we need to know as quickly as possible that you wish to change or cancel your order. If your order ships before we receive your notice of change or cancellation, you will be subject to the guidelines in the above section titled "Returns & Replacements.

Order Status & Tracking

Once your items have been shipped, we will notify you via email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days from the time your order was submitted for the order status to begin updating. You can track your order via USPS® website: USPS Tracking™ (click here). Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time an item is shipped for the status to begin updating.
